In Home Care
Cassandra will come to your home for 3-9 weeks and support you and your family. You can choose to have a personalized package with options for Warming Treatments, Nourishing Meals, Home/Family support to encourage mama to Rest, Meal Train set up, Nervous System Support, Bodywork, Closing of the Bones, and more.
*In Home Care Available Maui February-July 2024; and in Warren PA August-October 2024 (only 2 spaces left for Warren)

Prenatal Birth Education, Postpartum Education, & Postpartum Planning Packages
Personal In Home or Virtual Sessions designed specific to Family needs. Cassandra can design the package to meet your needs, including Birth Education and Prep, Postpartum Education, and Postpartum Planning. Packages may be 1-6 sessions and unique to your needs.

Online Support Packages
Personal and Group Virtual Sessions to support Mama during this Sacred Time. Cassandra will help you set up a Meal Train, guide you in Grounding Exercises and Warming Therapies to support your healing, connect you to other Mamas in a Virtual Mama Circle, ceremony with your Birth Story, and more.

After the Sacred Window Package
Motherhood is a never ending journey. While many mothers look back and realize they didn’t get the Sacred Window of support, there’s still time to Nourish the Mother. This is an In Person 4 hour session with Mother at any stage (3 months to 40 years postpartum). This includes a Closing of the Bones Ceremony, 90 minute Massage, and Choice of One Other Service.

Mama Meals
Nourishing Meal Packages available to support Mama. A combination of broth, tea, soup, desserts, and meals to help mama fully heal. Designed specifically to support the Postpartum Period, these foods are nutrient dense, easy to digest, and warming in nature. These meals are full of organic, local when available products. Can be curated to meet any dietary specifications.

Father Support Package
This is offered as an add on to any of the above packages. Father Support Packages are designed to support fathers as one of their layers of support knowing how much they care for mother, baby, the household, and finances.
